Wanted to share as I was not able to find anything prior. Bought a 28 foot boat with triple axle trailer. Dry weight was 5500 lbs, there was a third tank of fuel at approx 600lbs, trailer estimated at 1500 pounds, and unsure weight of fresh water in the tank, and extra items onboard. Drove it from Rehoboth Beach Delaware to Deltaville VA (approximately 400 miles), over the Chesapeake Bay tunnel/bridge, through the pouring rain and it performed amazingly. Several I spoke to prior seemed nervous as I was planning the trip- included the guy I bought the boat from.
